Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry was an American actress and model who brought to the stage with her Miss USA title in 1996. Following her viewing of the 1970 film "Love Story" she was named by her mom Ali after Ali MacGraw. She has French (Cajun), Cajun heritage, and was raised in Cecilia Louisiana where she went to Cecilia High School. She was the coach of the cheerleading team at high school, and was crowned Miss Louisiana Teen USA' at the age of 17. She then won 1996 'Miss Louisiana USA' title and made her debut in the limelight following winning the title 'Miss America. In 1997 she made her first appearance as an actress in the show "Clueless". The show's popularity skyrocketed as she became "the Doritos Girl" by playing in the 'Doritos' commercial during the 1998 Super Bowl. Her film debut was in the film "Beautiful" in 2000. She has appeared in many shows and films over time. She has also been featured in several 'most desired lists for women. She is married to filmmaker Alejandro Gomez Monteverde and has three kids.
